So Cancellation and Refund Policy completely depends upon hotel policy and it is being clearly mentioned every time once the booking is made with us.
If due to any reason you want to cancel paid hotel booking with in the “specified terms and conditions written in hotel booking invoice”, simply submit the following details outlined below at help@krazybooking.com
After submitting the request, we will review it and if its matches with the refund criteria then cancellation process will take place. Cancellation process usually takes 24 to 48 hours, while the refund may take 72-96 hours depending upon your payment method. These time frames are provided as a standard guideline to ensure smooth and secure process.
Cancelled reservation(s) may incur a cancellation fee in part or full. Once an existing reservation is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated.
If you cancel a reservation, the remaining balance after deducting fees (cancellation, processing fees and a 3.5% admin fee) will be refunded to you.
Please note that any potential loss or difference in refunded amounts may arise due to currency exchange rates, which are beyond our control.
